We kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Canceling within 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. Canceling after 6PM the day before or on the day of the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services.

Late Arrivals:
A $10 fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. We will try to accommodate you within the remaining time, but this may affect your service. If we cannot take you, it’s considered a cancellation, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No Call, No Shows:
Failing to show up without any notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
You will also be required to prepay for all future appointments, which will be non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
